Your Responsibilities:


  • Leading and organizing the production kitchen

  • Preparation during the week, execution of catering & events

  • Responsibility for quality, hygiene and cost control

  • Supporting menu planning and team leadership


Your Profile:


  • Trained chef (EFZ) or equivalent experience

  • Experience in event or production kitchen is a plus

  • Structured way of working and reliability

  • German or English for communication

  • French or Italian works for us, as long as you understand German or English well


What We Offer:


  • Modern production kitchen in the Lonza Arena

  • Plannable shifts (schedule 2–3 weeks in advance)

  • Focus on events (Thu–Sat), preparation during the week

  • Work with clear processes instead of daily improvisation

Salary:

  • From CHF 5,200 gross

  • Up to CHF 6,000+ depending on performance and responsibility
