Your Responsibilities:
Leading and organizing the production kitchen
Preparation during the week, execution of catering & events
Responsibility for quality, hygiene and cost control
Supporting menu planning and team leadership
Your Profile:
Trained chef (EFZ) or equivalent experience
Experience in event or production kitchen is a plus
Structured way of working and reliability
German or English for communication
French or Italian works for us, as long as you understand German or English well

Plannable shifts (schedule 2–3 weeks in advance)
Focus on events (Thu–Sat), preparation during the week
Work with clear processes instead of daily improvisation

Full-year position in Valais
Salary:
From CHF 5,200 gross
Up to CHF 6,000+ depending on performance and responsibility
